One-time 45 minutes executive issue consultation

Personal introduction call to understand your business issues and goals and ascertain if DiSSECT’s resources can be of service.

Core Competency workshop

In-person or online interactive workshop to educate participants in one of DiSSECT’s core competencies. Max. 6 participants per session. - 2x 4hr workshop (flexible to subject matter)

Fee €9.000 incl. preparation, execution, and documentation. Not including travel expenses.  50% deposit payment required.

Project Jour Fix management

DiSSECT working with the team to develop project implementation, resource and communication plan for the client.
Once started, DiSSECT will accompany the project, participating in progress meetings, review and update plans and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Fee: €2.000/day with minimum €15.000 project volume. Not including travel expenses.
50% deposit payment required.

  • Regular milestone progress meeting management
  • Project management full/partial ownership
Project Ownership

DiSSECT resources will develop project implementation, resource and communication plan and deploy resources onsite or remote to execute against all plans through final implementation and project conclusion.

Fee: €2.000/day with minimum €20.000 project volume. Not including travel expenses. 50% deposit payment required.
